01/Why Tuca
Most launches ship with a screenshot and a paragraph, because motion design takes time nobody has. Tuca starts from the one thing you already have: your code.
02/How it works
From repository to render in four steps.
- 01
Connect your repo
Paste a public GitHub URL, or sign in with GitHub for a private one. Tuca reads your code, docs and UI to learn what your product does.
- 02
Set the direction
Pick a style, length and formats from presets, then describe what you want in plain language.
- 03
Shape the storyboard
Get a script and a scene-by-scene storyboard. Edit, reorder or ask for revisions until it's right.
- 04
Render and download
Tuca renders the final cut, sized and ready for every channel you post to.
03/Direction
Presets to start. Your own words to finish.
Pick a style, a length and the formats you need, then brief it the way you'd brief a designer. Presets give you a strong first draft; your words cover everything they don't.

04/Storyboard
See the whole plan before a single frame renders.
Every video starts as a script and storyboard you can read in a minute, each scene traced back to the code it came from. Edit lines, reorder scenes, ask for changes. Tuca renders once you approve.
“Product name. A one-line description of the product.”
↳ README.md
“Feature name”
↳ src/features/dashboards/Builder.tsx
“Call to action, at yourproduct.com.”
↳ src/app/pricing/page.tsx
05/Formats
One storyboard. Every format.
Approve once and Tuca recomposes every scene for each placement, from a YouTube pre-roll to a TikTok, instead of cropping a single cut. Each export is a standard MP4, ready to upload.
06/Features
Videos that know what you built.
- Knows your product
- Scenes are built from your actual features, naming and copy, not generic templates.
- Looks like your brand
- Colors, type and logos come from your code, so the video feels like your product.
- Real motion design
- Rendered frame by frame, so type, timing and transitions stay crisp at any size.
- Revise one scene at a time
- Fix the scene that's off without regenerating the whole video.
- No design tools
- No After Effects, no keyframes. A few presets and a brief are enough.
07/FAQ
Questions, answered.
What does Tuca need from my repository?
Read access to your code. Tuca looks at your README, routes, components and styles to understand what your product does and how it looks.
Can I use a private repository?
Yes. Public repositories only need a URL. For private ones, sign in with GitHub and choose which repositories Tuca can read.
Do I need motion design skills?
No. You direct the video with presets and plain-language prompts, and Tuca handles the animation.
Where can I post the videos?
Anywhere that takes video: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, Facebook, X, your own site. Exports are standard MP4 files, sized for each placement.
Can I change the video before it's final?
Yes. You review the script and storyboard first and can edit or revise any scene. The final render only starts when you approve it.
What do I get at the end?
Video files sized for the formats you picked, ready to post on social media, embed on your site or add to a launch announcement.
